As Training Specialist you'll provide support for all aspects of the Corporate Training operations to ensure a successful training experience for our customer. Assurance a great costumer experience with the end-to-end service we deliver and monitor that the costumers receive the resolution from their request with extreme quality and timely matter.

Also Training Specialist should be responsible of:

• Schedule trainers, coordinate rooms setup, ensure course materials are available to customers.
• You will be the first line of communication for customers, trainers, and course owners.
• Beyond supporting the customers during classes, you will also assist in updating the Learning Management System (LMS) with new classes, reports and provide other administrative support as needed.
• Plan and monitor training forecast, prepares trainings reports, status, exhibits, and training procedures as required.
• Perform administrative functions necessary to deliver, implement and track training programs
• Perform various training tasks directed by department leaders
• Investigating aging requests and details / analysis around why certain category / regions / groups / people tend to have more of a backlog than others and recommend action for improvement.
• Provide advice on potential process improvement for general queue management
• Understand the overview of our E2E process in order provide the right assistance to the customers.


Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and in writing) at all levels of the company.
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Embraces change and ambiguity
• Minimum one year in a customer service related position
• Experience with Microsoft package
• Experience with LMS and eLearning software is a plus
• Proven ability to manage programs and services in a dynamic environment where fast cycle times, flexibility, shared-responsibility and perseverance are required for success.
• You must be a self-starter who can learn and acquire new software skills quickly
• Possesses flexibility and initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple simultaneous deadlines.
• Experience in operations-related business with multiple locations is a plus.

• Speaks English fluently.

Shift Hours: 8 am a 5 pm
Shift  Days: Monday –Friday
